admirable stay
spacious room comfortable beds underground parking public transport access
the premium queen room was spacious with comfortable beds. i found the bathroom very clean , with plenty of towels. the underground parking was convenient , offering direct access to the hotel. the hotel provided easy access to public transportation .
the room lighting was a bit dim , especially with the curtains closed.

the reception staff was very helpful and friendly . they provided clear directions for using local transport and offered quick solutions to my inquiries. i found the service efficient.

the hotel overlooks a marina , giving a scenic view. public transport is easily accessible with bus and tram lines nearby. the neighborhood felt quiet, away from the city's main bustle.

basic room limited options
the room felt quite basic with concrete everywhere.. the breakfast was also a bit expensive considering the limited options. i particularly noticed the lack of choices for those who prefer sweet items.

peaceful location short walk plenty restaurants impolite staff missing amenities no telephone
the location was outside the city center and very peaceful. it took only 20 minutes to reach central areas. there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk.
some staff were impolite at reception and at the bar. the room lacked some amenities. there were no telephones in the rooms, and i found no instructions on contacting reception.

spacious room comfortable bed clean bathroom impolite staff insufficient light controls not refilled toiletries
the room was spacious it was a standard queen room. the bed was super comfortable i had restful sleep. the shower and bathroom were very nice i found everything super clean.
some staff were not very polite this was disappointing. light controls are insufficient i was blinded by the lights at night. toiletries and coffee were not refilled the next day that's not good.

simple and clean hotel stay
standard room large windows comfortable bed
my room was a standard room. the space felt bigger with large windows. the bed was comfortable, so i slept well each night.
the water in the shower didn't drain fast enough. it made showering a bit unpleasant.

breakfast included many food options. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes offered. coffee and tea were also available during breakfast hours.

the hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride to the central station. the neighborhood felt very quiet. veelaan bus station is close. bus number 22 goes to central station.

the front desk staff was helpful with directions. a lady helped me find the correct bus. they also signed me up for a membership. this allowed early check-in and late check-out.
