basic roomlimited options
the room felt quite basic with concrete everywhere.. the breakfast was also a bit expensive considering the limited options. i particularly noticed the lack of choices for those who prefer sweet items.

the location was outside the city center and very peaceful. it took only 20 minutes to reach central areas. there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk.
some staff were impolite at reception and at the bar. the room lacked some amenities. there were no telephones in the rooms, and i found no instructions on contacting reception.

the room was spacious it was a standard queen room. the bed was super comfortable i had restful sleep. the shower and bathroom were very nice i found everything super clean.
some staff were not very polite this was disappointing. light controls are insufficient i was blinded by the lights at night. toiletries and coffee were not refilled the next day that's not good.

my room was a standard room. the space felt bigger with large windows. the bed was comfortable, so i slept well each night.
the water in the shower didn't drain fast enough. it made showering a bit unpleasant.

the hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride to the central station. the neighborhood felt very quiet. veelaan bus station is close. bus number 22 goes to central station.

the front desk staff was helpful with directions. a lady helped me find the correct bus. they also signed me up for a membership. this allowed early check-in and late check-out.
